Saturday 22nd October & Sunday 23rd October – Rail-Ex Taunton 2011

Our 21st Annual Model Railway Show held at Taunton School was a success and was enjoyed by all who visited and those behind the scenes making it happen. We had a different vintage bus from Taunton Station on each day provided by Quantock Motors.

We also signed the footpath from the station for those who wanted to take advantage of the sunny weather. We signposted cars from Juncs. 24, 25 & 26 because of the roadworks on Junc. 25 of the M5.

The post show exit poll comments indicated how much visitors enjoyed the whole experience, including the excellent catering available in the main school cafeteria. Our traders seemed happy with the business and the exhibitors found an informed and interested audience.
